I've never liked Twitter all that much. I thought they were downright stupid when they first started up. How were they ever going to compete with Facebook, if they planned on keeping it simple? And who wanted to learn all the new codes they were bringing to the internet? Since when does @ mean "reply" and when did # ever signify a tag?
But apparently they've done fairly well after all. Instead of either failing or rising above Facebook, the two now seem to go hand in hand. So I decided to give it another shot, and once I found some useful tools I was pleasantly surprised by the functionality that has been added since I left.
